This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how WeSignature, a SaaS-based subscription service owned and operated by R2P2 Inc., a Wyoming corporation, and its affiliates, divisions or designees (collectively, “WeSignature,” the “Company”, and as the context may require, “us,” “our,” or “we”) collects, uses and shares the user information collected in connection with the use and distribution of the products and services offered by us (the “Services”). Under this Policy, “Information” means information, including personal information, collected from anywhere, including our website at www.WeSignature.com, and other websites where we post this Policy, as well as through our other applications (both mobile and desktop), other services, products, tools, and other applications that link to this Policy or are used to provide our Services (collectively, the “Apps”, “Channels” or the “Websites”, depending on the context). This Policy also provides guidance on how to manage the Information that users of our Services (the “Users”) provide to us. We provide this Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to continue to access the Services. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service located on our Website and other Channels, which is incorporated herein by reference.
By using our Services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set forth below, please do not use or access the Services or download, install or use any of our related Apps. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as outlined below. This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time. All changes will be posted to this site or through our other Channels and you are encouraged to periodically check back to this site or on our other Channels for any changes to the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use our Services after any posted revision, each User agrees to abide by it. This version supersedes any previous draft.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. CHILDREN
Our Services are not intended for users under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Website or our other Channels. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information in connection with your use of our Services or on or through any of the features on the Websites, register with us, make any purchases through the Website or our Apps, use any of the interactive or public comment features we provide or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a user under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a user under 18, please contact us at info@WeSignature.com.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
WeSignature may collect automatically submitted information regarding your computer, mobile device and/or related connection, including previous and subsequent URL, IP address and page viewing data. WeSignature will collect any comments you may send to us and any information you may post to or through our Channels. WeSignature may also collect information through the use of Cookies (as defined below). WeSignature collects personally identifiable information when you: (1) register or subscribe with WeSignature, (2) become a User, (3) transact business or coordinate the collection and exchange of e-signatures; (4) provide comments or post any content to or through WeSignature, (5) request information or additional services from WeSignature or provide your name or return contact information, or (6) respond to special offers, contests or surveys. We do not collect real-time information about the location of any mobile device you might use to access our Services.
Upon authorization from the user WeSignature will collect, store, and use Google user data provided by the Google People API. WeSignature will store a user’s contact data and then provide said data for use in the e-signature process. This data is not intended to be shared with anyone other than the authorized user.
COOKIES
“Cookies” are small text files stored by your browser in your computer or mobile device when you access our Services through the Website. WeSignature uses Cookies to recognize repeat visits by users of its site and to collect information about its users’ interactions with the Services. These Cookies contain identification information that enables us to streamline your experiences using our Services. You may set your browser software to reject Cookies, but you may be required to reenter your login information each time you access the Services, and you may not be able to optimize the features that we offer. In some cases, you will not be able to access Services if Cookies are disabled.
WEB BEACONS
Pages of our Apps, Websites and our emails may contain small electronic files know as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app or site statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity). NOTICE WeSignature will inform Users about the purposes for which it collects and uses personally identifiable information, the types of third parties to which WeSignature discloses that information, and the choices and means, if any, WeSignature offers Users for limiting the use and disclosure of personally identifiable information.
GENERAL USE AND DISCLOSURE INFORMATION
Data Integrity; Choice. WeSignature will use personally identifiable information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by a User. WeSignature will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete and current. WeSignature will offer Users the opportunity to choose (opt-out) whether their personally identifiable information is to be disclosed to a third party or used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the User.
Customer Support. Contact information provided in connection with problems, comments or requests is used only to respond to those problems, comments or requests and may be provided to third parties as necessary to respond to the comment, problem or request.
Marketing/Special Offers/Solicitation from WeSignature. WeSignature may use a User’s information to provide updates and other business purposes related to making available the features and functions of the Services. WeSignature also may use information a User provides to make a User aware of new products or special offers or promotions. WeSignature will abide by requests from you to discontinue such use.
Other Disclosures. WeSignature may disclose a User’s personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or if WeSignature has a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect and/or defend the rights and interests of WeSignature or others. WeSignature may, as permitted by applicable law, disclose your personally identifiable information to or third parties in connection with an investigation of fraud, infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity and you expressly authorize WeSignature to make such disclosures.
Domestic and International Use. All personally identifying information collected by WeSignature may be used in the United States or if the Services are undertaken by WeSignature for a foreign User, such information may be transferred to the United States for use of the Services, or such information may be transferred outside of the United States and you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
Merger or Acquisition. If WeSignature is merged into or acquired by another entity, we may transfer personally identifiable information to such entity as a part of the merger or acquisition for the sole purpose of continuing the services provided and in accordance with the same or substantially similar privacy policy outlined hereunder.
Service Providers. WeSignature may disclose a User’s personally identifiable information to contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business.
Contractual Obligations; Billing and Collection. We will use Information to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
Aggregated De-identified Data. De-identified data that does not identify a User may be used for WeSignature’s internal business purposes, for marketing and promotional use; or for sale to interested audiences. When we provide this information, we perform appropriate procedures so that the data does not identify you and we contractually prohibit recipients of the data from re-identifying it back to you.
ACCESS, REVIEW AND MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
If you opt to receive marketing information from WeSignature, you may access, modify, remove, correct or update personally identifiable information by contacting WeSignature. WeSignature may retain transactional history in order to document a transaction you may have had with us.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
As a part of the Services, we may provide links to web sites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices or the content of those third party sites. Users should check the privacy policies of any site prior to use.
SECURITY
WeSignature treats data as an asset and therefore stores personally identifiable information it obtains using appropriate safeguards. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, WeSignature has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect personally identifiable information in its possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide

WeSignature has established internal mechanisms to verify its ongoing adherence to this Privacy Policy. WeSignature also encourages Users to raise any concerns about our processing of personally identifiable information by contacting us. We will seek to resolve any concerns.
